Driver

Tasks:

  • Ensure the good condition of the vehicle and its cleanliness on a daily basis
  • Perform administrative errands.

Required profile:

Recruitement Officier

The Recruitment department of the Arrawaj Foundation is looking for an  M/F Recruitment  Officer whose main missions will be to:

  • Management and follow-up of advertisements
  • Analysis of applications received
  • Pre-selection and pre-qualification of candidates
  • Conducting Human Resources interviews
  • Coordination of interviews with the various entities
  • Follow-up of the administrative files of new recruits
  • Management of the integration process for new recruits

Required profile:

  • Holder of a Bac+5 in Human Resources Management or Business Management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Good ability to manage emotions and stress
  • Dynamic and responsive
  • Good communication skills.


Senior Management Controller

Attached to the Management Control Department, the  Senior M/F Management Controller's  main missions are:

  • Ensure the preparation of the institution's annual budget and forecasts
  • Monitor achievements and analyze deviations from objectives
  • Produce and analyze reliable and relevant reports 
  • Carry out financial studies and propose ways to optimize profitability 
  • Validate commitment requests by ensuring compliance with budgets by entity 
  • Contribute to the creation of Business Plans

Required profile:

  • Hold a Bac+5 in Business or Engineering School with a specialization in Finance / Management Control 
  • Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Management Control / Finance, preferably in a Financial Institution 
  • Perfectly master the software of the Office package and in particular Excel (functions, use of databases) 
  • Have excellent writing and presentation skills 
  • Master General Accounting and Cost Accounting 
  • Sense of organization and planning 
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment and meet deadlines 
  • Highly developed analytical and synthesis skills

Archivist Manager

Attached to the General Affairs Department, the  Archivist Manager M/F  has the following main missions:

  • Be responsible for the security and updating of the institution's archival heritage
  • Supervise all flows of the physical archives of the institution: evaluation, collection, classification, description, conservation and communication
  • Supervise archiving service providers on the entire perimeter from the organization of operations to the validation of service provider invoices.
  • Support the development of documentary production and digital tools: environment, equipment, data, software and procedures
  • Initiate and manage digitization and/or EDM projects and ensure their implementation internally or outsourced
  • Contribute to the organization of work, support, training and facilitation of physical and digital archiving practices

Required profile:

  • Bac + 4 minimum with a specialty archivist documentalist
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Mastery of archival classification and indexing rules
  • Expertise on the legislative and regulatory framework for archives, more particularly applicable to physical archives
  • Expertise on standards, regulations and repositories relating to the management of electronic data and their sustainability
  • Demonstrated experience with SAE or GED tools
  • Strength of proposal

Listener

Reporting to the Head of the Internal Audit Department, your main missions are:

  • Prepare and carry out audit assignments as defined in the annual audit plan,
  • Assess and strengthen the Foundation's internal control system (analysis and review of procedures, identification and assessment of risks, etc.),
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory constraints,
  • Ensure compliance with the existing work methodology and procedures while monitoring updates,
  • Identify any malfunctions, propose recommendations and ensure their follow-up as well as their implementation,
  • Prepare audit reports and summaries of the work of the various missions carried out,
  • Participate in the construction of the work program and test program,
  • Monitor the reliability and integrity of the foundation's financial and operational information.

Required profile:

  • You hold a Bac+4 minimum in Internal Audit 
  • You have a successful experience of at least 2 years in a similar function or in an audit firm
  • You have a good knowledge of organization, finance, purchasing management, taxation, accounting, law and HR as well as audit procedures and tools 
  • You are proficient with computer tools (Word, Excel, etc.) 
  • You have interpersonal skills and a sense of listening 
  • You have a good spirit of analysis and synthesis 
  • You have good communication skills
  • Knowledge of the microcredit sector would be appreciated
  • The CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) would be a plus.

Attached to the Organization & Information Systems Department of the Arrawaj Foundation,  the Studies & Development Engineer  will have the following main missions:

  • Design and develop IT solutions
  • Analyze user needs
  • Create applications and functionalities in line with user needs and expectations
  • Developing solutions and integrating functions
  • Design the software architecture
  • Follow the development of the software and monitor the progress of the project
  • Perform tests and correct malfunctions
  • Intervention on the maintenance of developments.

Required profile:

  •  Holder of a Bac+5  diploma with a specialty in  Software Engineering / IT Development
  • Minimum 4 years in a similar position.

Trainee Accountant

The General Accounting and Suppliers unit is looking for an  M/F Trainee Accountant.

Labor litigation lawyer

The Legal Department of the Arrawaj Foundation is looking for a  Social Litigation Jurist M/F  whose main missions will be to:

  • Manage formal notices
  • Ensure the management and follow-up of social litigation.
  • Manage the various contentious situations and propose the appropriate solutions,
  • Compile litigation files and follow up on related legal proceedings,
  • Prepare and send notes to lawyers,
  • Consult with the lawyers on the provisions to be adopted,
  • Keep a report on social litigation,
  • Ensure filing and archiving.

Required profile:

  • BAC+3  to  BAC+5 training   in private law or social law
  • 4 years  of continuous experience in a legal department in a large organization
  • Mastery of computer tools (Word Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Perfectly bilingual Arabic and French (reading and writing).
