The Moroccan Foundation for the Promotion of Pre-School Education is recruiting 200 Officers for the Implementation and Monitoring of Pre-school Units.

FMPS is recruiting 200 Preschool Unit Implementation and Monitoring Officers
Job:
As part of the extension of the activities of the FMPS and to optimize the organization of the network and strengthen its activities, the Moroccan Foundation for the Promotion of Preschool Éducation , launches a call for applications for the recruitment of 200 setting up and monitoring pre-school units.
Fixed-term position.
Task:
The main missions of the PU Implementation and Monitoring Officer are:
1. Identification and selection of PUs
-Coordinate with local stakeholders (local authorities; AREF; MEN delegations; school principale) in the context of opening new preschool units.
-Carry out identification visits to PUs.
2. Preparation of UP openings
- Participate in the recruitment of educators.
-Coordinate with the local authorities for the follow-up of the installations and the reception of the UP.
-Plan and receive equipment and school supplies in coordination with all service providers.
- Participate in the initial training of educators.
3. Preparation of UP spaces
-Participate in the installation of equipment, displays and school supplies.
-Coordinate the taking of service of educators.
4. Registrations
-Coordinate registrations with educators.
- Ensure the entry and sometimes ensure the entry of registrations and regular updating of data relating to registrations.
5. Pedagogical
support -Ensure the pedagogical supervision of educators and see to the strengthening of their skills.
- Support educators in the implementation of the educational program (class program and transversal program).
-Define support needs, develop action plans and ensure their implementation, in consultation with the DOGR.
- Participate in the development of various educational monitoring tools (grids, sheets, etc.).
-Participate and ensure the continuous training of educators.
6. Reporting
-Ensure that the databases are fed and report on the project portfolio
-Regularly report the status of the classes.
The UP Implementation and Monitoring Officers will also be called upon in the Foundation's other local activities: Labeling, strengthening the skills of actors, initial and continuous training, etc..
Required profile:
-Age: Must not exceed 45 years.
-Holder of a bac+3 diploma (License or equivalent).
-A professional experience of at least 2 years in the field of education is desirable.
- Ability to organize and plan. Mastery of computers..
-Ability to write and communicate in Arabic and French.
-Mobility, frequent trips to provinces (70 to 80% of the time).
-Excellent mastery of the educational vision of the FMPS for interns.

Selection committee:
A commission, appointed by the Director General, will be responsible for verifying eligible applications and conducting interviews with selected candidates.
