Your missions will be the following:
-Study funding requests
-Establish a preliminary financial diagnosis of the files under study (balance sheet analysis, identification of potential risks)
-Participate in the assembly of financing files
-Participate in the preparation of Credit Committees in relation with Analysts and the Risk Team
-Contribute to the development of the global offer and prepare the Term Sheets relating to the financing offer
-Follow up on the file with all the entities concerned, internal or external
-Monitor the client portfolio developed within the team, respond to the specific needs of clients, detect opportunities in an anticipatory logic and exchange regularly with the Risk, Backs Office and Legal Departments as part of the monitoring of ongoing commitments.
Required profile:
-Young graduate of a major engineering or business school, you ideally have experience acquired during internships in M&A or Transactions Services or during experience in a Bank, Consulting Company in Transactions Services / Investment Funds. 'Investment.
